You can return your product within 7 days of receiving it, provided that:

• The product has not been used
  

• It is in the same condition as when you received it
  

• It is in its original packaging
  

If you wish to request a return, please email us with a clear reason for the return before sending the product back.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if the product is broken or defective. If the product is not broken and is in working condition, the return request may not be approved.
